Solar System Felt Play Mat – Educational Teaching Device – Educational Toys STEM
Children will enjoy learning about the solar system while they build it with their own hands! This large sized set comes with the felt solar system mat, planets, labels, Asteroid Belt, Kuiper Belt and comets!
Children are able to learn the names of the planets and the order in which they exist within the solar system. They will be able to see that asteroids orbit in the Asteroid Belt and comets exist out beyond the Kuiper Belt. Planet outlines are stitched on the mat in the appropriate colors to help little ones place the planets in the correct order. All pieces have identification labels on the backs.
All of the pieces stick to the mat with hook & loop dots. The mat can also be used on a table or on the floor.
Parts/pieces are constructed from felt.
