LiL HOUSE – an educational kids` play house made of best quality Baltic birch plywood in Latvia, Northern Europe. Designed to encourage children`s creativity, communication skills, fine motor skills and first educational skills.

While playing with this house your kids will have joy of playing and learning – drawing on a chalk board, modeling, tieing and knotting, learning colors, letters, numbers and clock – so much new skills and fun at the same time!

It consists of stackable parts which are easy to assemble without the need for additional tools. Mom or a dad can assemble the house just in a few minutes time by her-/himself!

-play house /consists of disassembled parts; one roof plane covered with anthracite grey chalkboard paint/

House consists of 4 walls, 2 roof parts, parts for window sill, wooden box for a window, wooden box for chalk to hang on the wall. No floor.

Finish:
-3 walls covered with transparent varnish;
-1 side wall, 1 roof part covered with yellow paint;
-1 roof part covered with anthracite grey chalkboard paint (from both sides).

! This house is also offered all natural, covered with transparent varnish, no yellow paint. (Chalkboard is included). Please write us a message if you prefer natural finish.
! The finish and paints can be customized, please write us a note if you have any preferences.

USING OUTDOORS:
1. When purchasing, please write us a NOTE if you plan to use the playhouse outdoors at all times. The finish for outdoors has to be applied.
In case of not receiving your NOTE, our standard finish will be applied.
2. AVOID prolonged moisture in the foundation of the playhouse as the plywood can absorb moisture through the lower edges, causing damage to the structure over time. If the house is placed outdoors, it is advisable to keep it on a DRY ground/lawn, or on any artificial surface, foundation, terrace, patio or shed. Rain and s can cause damages to the playhouse in a long term.
